If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns regarding your order. You can e-mail us at email@example.com.
Unless you've contacted us and an alternate agreement has been reached, the following conditions must be met to receive a refund:
* Your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it.
* The return must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase.
* You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Typically, this includes the cost of label printing and return shipping. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
* Gift cards
* Shipping costs
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please first recheck your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your account's refund posts. If you paid with a debit card, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before refunds post to the bank account.

The full retail price will not be refunded for an item that was purchased at a discounted rate. The item will be refunded for the same amount as it was purchased.
We only replace items if they are damaged, and only replace them with the same thing. If you need to make an exchange, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com to make arrangements.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. As always, we will work efficiently to get your exchange to you as soon as possible, just like when a regular order is placed.

As noted above, please contact us before shipping anything to us. Unless alternate arrangements have been made with us, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs will not be refunded to you. If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
